異質共生：科技藝術實驗展

當代藝術與科技的交會，為我們帶來了前所未有的感官體驗。本次展覽有三個子主題「未來布袋戲」、「異自然」和「無人機」，將探討人與傳統、自然和科技之間的關係。共有九組藝術家團隊，將科技和傳統元素相互融合，呈現出獨特的藝術形式。透過使用綜合媒材，虛實空間的交錯和新媒體的應用，期望觀眾在虛實世界中探索自己的感官，進而能具身體驗「異質共生」的概念。

展覽三個子主題：

• 「未來布袋戲」透過科技與數位轉譯，運用VR、機器手臂、眼動以及動作捕捉等科技，重新詮釋傳統文化的抽象之美，使觀眾從全新的角度操控戲偶並體驗布袋戲文化。
• 「異自然」將探討人與自然的後現代關係，透過聲音重組、感知觸覺、熱力溫度、氣囊探索、菌根網路，使科技幻化為自然。
• 「無人機」將自行開發第三代無人機應用於藝術創作，呈現即時互動，觀眾控制雷射色彩，重新詮釋雷射、無人機與觀眾的關係。

科技的創新和實驗性的特點，使得科技藝術的追求可以在沒有歷史包袱的自由下進行。「異質共生」體現了藝術家將異質元素融合的探索和實踐，透過展覽，藝術家從中探討科技與傳統、自然與人工之間的關係，並思考人類創作的可能性與價值。期望能夠引發觀眾對未來的想像與反思，這應是藝術與科技交會最迷人的地方。

【Event: Heterosymbiosis-Experimental Exhibition of Tech-Art】

The intersection of contemporary art and technology has brought us unprecedented sensory experiences. This exhibition has three extremely different works of tech-art: Future Puppet Show, X-nature, and Drone. A total of nine artist teams focuses on the emerging trends of interpreting tradition with new technology, digitalizing biomimetic simulation, and juxtaposing virtual and real space. By virtue of the interactive multimedia, participants can explore the virtual world intertwined with the physical world, and be able to embody the concept of ‘Heterosymbiosis’.

The 3 sections

• Future Puppet Show uses technologies such as VR, robotic arms, eye movement tracking and motion capture to reinterpret and enhance the abstract beauty of traditional culture through technology and digital translation. It allows the audience to manipulate puppets, and experience traditional Taiwanese glove-puppetry (pòo-tē-hì), from a completely new perspective.
• X-nature explores biomimetic simulation for the connection between humans and nature. It employs the technology of sound reconstruction, sensation of touch, feeling of warmth, exploring inflatable spaces, and finding the rhizomatic web underlying all things so that an illusory nature can be evoked.
• Drone deploys self-developed third-generation drones to create real-time interaction through the control of laser lights. This work transfers static space to dynamic spatial variation, reinterpreting the relationship between lasers, drones and audiences.

The innovative and experimental nature of technology encourages tech-art to be freely developed without being burdened by history. ‘Heterosymbiosis’ refers to the artist’s exploration and practice of integrating heterogeneous elements. It aims to promote self-reflection on the relationship between tradition and technology and between nature and artificiality, which brings the value of art to light. This is the most intriguing intersection of art and technology.⠀⠀⠀
