Precautions for registration:
※ Please prepare one copy of each of the following documents, and mail them to the following address before Thursday, December 12, 2019.
Address: 300 Institute of Applied Arts, National Chiao Tung University, No. 100 University Road, Hsinchu City.
- A copy of the admission notice.
- Original university transcripts. (Please indicate the candidate number and registration number in the upper right corner)
- A copy of the graduation certificate; if you have not obtained a degree certificate, you must submit an “Affidavit Letter”.
- To apply for admission on February 2020, you must submit the “Application for February Admission” (you must confirm that you can obtain a diploma before February 17, 2020)
