Contracted position at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor specialized in Product Design and Digital Fabrication or Interdisciplinary Arts etc.

National Chiao Tung University seeks applicants for an Assistant, Associate or Full professor specialized in Product Design and Digital Fabrication or Interdisciplinary Arts etc. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in the above-related area. Preference will be given to applicants who have prior work experience in the industry.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to offer advice to graduate students when necessary, and to further his/her own professional development. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in activities that relate to the department, university, and community.

Interested individuals should submit a letter of interest, a curriculum vitae, a photocopy of their Ph.D. certificate, transcript of their Ph.D. degree, a statement of their teaching philosophy, a publication and/or creative work list, three main publications relating to the last five years (in triplicate), syllabi of courses, examples of their research paper and/or creative work (printed, URL or on CD/DVD), and the names, addresses and telephone numbers of two references.
